                SUMMER RUNNING

  • Summer running is Not mandatory, but make it a PRIORITY!
  • New runners…don’t be scared…you will start SLOWLY!!!!
  • If you participate in other athletic camps….great! (I encourage runners to participate in a variety of sports and activities throughout the off season. The variety strengthens “non-running” muscles and keeps runners “fresh” for cross country…just as cross country does the same for other sports.)
