Volleyball Head
Varsity Volleyball Coach: Abby Jenkins

Coach Jenkins takes over the reins as a first year head varsity volleyball coach for the Lady Crusaders in 2007. Jenkins was a four-year starter while playing volleyball at NCAA DI Campbell University. She was named to the All-Conference Tournament Team her freshman year and received the heralded “Coaches Award” her junior year in college. Jenkins was voted team MVP and was tabbed as an All-Tourney team performer her senior year in the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships. Jenkins was a three-sport athlete at Hononegah High School (1995-98) where she excelled in volleyball, basketball, and soccer. She led Hononegah to it’s first-ever IHSA Class AA State Volleyball Tournament in 1997. Jenkins received NIC-9 honors and recognized as the NIC-9 MVP for volleyball her senior year in high school. Abby received a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Recreation from Campbell University and is pursuing a master’s degree in education from Rockford College. |

August 13th & 14th 3:30pm-5:30pm Volleyball 6pm-7:30pm Conditioning
Jr High School Volleyball Tryouts
August 18th & 19th 7th Grade - 2:00pm-3:30pm 8th Grade - 3:30-5pm
Girls must be in attendance both days of tryouts
