Reminder: All Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th and 9th Grade students must have a current physical on file.

* The State of Illinois has changed the mandated 5th grade physical to 6th grade. If your student was in compliance for 5th grade you do not need to get another physical for 6th grade.

*All athletes must have a current physical on file.
