The Guidance Department is available to assist students in academic advisement, career exploration and college planning. The Academic Dean will meet with all new students to assist in planning their high school course selections. The Academic Dean also meets with all students throughout the year to assist with ACT preparation and scholarship opportunities.The Guidance Department contains current college catalogues and information on careers, vocations, trade schools, social agencies, scholarships and military services. Materials may be checked out through the Guidance secretary.

Transcripts & College Applications

Requests for college recommendations and applications must be submitted at least two weeks before due. For transcripts only, please see the Registrar in the Guidance Department at least two weeks in advance. Please submit an addressed, stamped envelope (2 postage stamps needed) with your transcript request if you would like RLS to mail official transcript.  All requests must be made in writing.
