The National Institute for Learning Development Discovery Program comes to Rockford Lutheran.

What could be more frustrating - a bright or even gifted child well-suited to a college preparatory environment, but whose academic performance doesn't meet his or her cognitive abilities? The NILD Discovery Program is a nationally recognized approach to improving those academic skills.

For children ages five and six, the program identifies those who are vulnerable to learning difficulty and develops skills early. For ages eight and older the program focuses on improving cognitive processing and academic skills.
