Important Upcoming Dates
All athletes must have a physical and parent health information card on record with the athletic department before they will be allowed to tryout.
Varsity/JV Fall Practice Schedule - Two-a-day practices begin Wednesday, August 10th 7:00-8:45am and 3:30-5:30pm at Rockford Lutheran Jr./Sr. High School.
Two a days will continue until school starts.
Jr. High Practice Schedule (Coed 6th-8th) - August 25 and 26th. 3:30-4:45pm at Rockford Lutheran Jr./Sr. High School
