Dear 8th-grade Families,

You are invited to celebrate with our 8th grade students as they move from junior high to high school. Please reserve 7:30 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The promotion celebration will take place in the elementary school chapel at 1711 Delcy Dr. We will recognize the occasion with a celebration service followed by a reception in the chapel narthex. Students will not need to be in attendance at school on Friday. Students with exams 7th or 8th hour will take their tests before then as directed by their teachers. 

We recommend "dressing up" a bit in honor of the occasion- dress pants, dress shoes, and a collared or button-down shirt. Dresses or dress pants are suitable. Dresses or tops with straps can be covered with a jacket or cardigan. Students will be walking across a raised platform, so it is important to be mindful of the skirt length.  Please call or email with any questions you may have.
